![]() ![]() Memorial Service will be held at Utopia Baptist Church, Utopia, Texas on Thursday, July 29th, at 11:00am. Victor will be missed tremendously by all who were blessed to know him. He also was an active member of the Gideons. He was a member of Utopia Baptist Church, where he was very active in the men’s Sunday school class, music program and choir, Awana Program and Bible memory club. Kelley was a great family man and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He worked for Permian Corporation for more than 30 years and retired in 1989. After graduating, he joined the Air Force and served in the Philippines during World War II. Victor was born on September 5th, 1926 in Medina, Texas to parents, O.H. Brother Olin Kelley and sister, Eva Dene Kelley Murphy. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Allene Triggo Kelley. Autumn Spencer, Lance Callison of San Antonio, Texas. Step children, Deborah Smith Atkins (Mike) of Franklin, Tennessee, MerriJo Smith Johnson, Richard Smith (Margaret) of Canyon Lake, Texas and Jenny Smith Callison (Curtis) of Freeport Florida.īrother, Linden Kelley and three nephews of Medina, Texas. ![]() His Daughter, Lynette Kelley Evans of Dime Box, Texas and Lamar Samuel Kelley (Tammye) of Boerne, Texas. Victor is survived by his wife, JoEllen Smith Kelley of Utopia, Texas. Victor Lamar Kelley, age 94 years, 10 months and 17 days, passed away on July 22nd, 2021 at Methodist Hospital, San Antonio, Texas. ![]()
